Catering Policies
We purchase fresh ingredients and prepare each order specifically for your event. Once ingredients have been ordered and preparation has begun, last-minute cancellations or reductions can result in significant food and preparation costs.We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our booking and cancellation policies.
Booking & Deposit
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your catering order and reserve your event date. The deposit will be applied toward your final balance.Your order is considered confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Final Payment & Order Changes
The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event or scheduled delivery date.Final guest count and order quantities must also be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the event.After the 7-day deadline, quantities may be increased, subject to availability, but cannot be reduced. Charges will be based on the final confirmed guest count and quantities.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is based on the amount of advance notice provided:
14 or more days before the event
Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
7–13 days before the event
The 30% deposit is non-refundable. Any additional payments already made will be refunded.
Less than 7 days before the event
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event are non-refundable, and the full confirmed order amount remains due.
Rescheduling
We understand that unexpected changes happen. Requests to reschedule an event will be considered based on availability. When possible, your deposit may be transferred to the new event date.
Additional charges may apply if ingredients have already been purchased or preparation has begun.
Delivery & Additional Services
A 10% delivery fee applies to delivery orders and covers drop-off delivery only.
Setup, staffing, and on-site service are not included in the standard delivery fee but may be available upon request.
Fees for additional event services are based on factors such as the venue, guest count, service requirements, event duration, and other event-specific needs. Please contact us for availability and a customized quote.
